Sub-Divisional Govt. Degree College, Nauhatta (SDGD College) (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides access to our website and Online Admission Portal (together, the “Site”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance & Scope

5. Online Payments, Charges & Refunds
- Transaction Charges: Payment gateway/service charges and bank fees are borne by the payer and are non-refundable.
- Fee Refunds: Academic/administrative fees once paid are generally non-refundable. Any exceptional refund, if permitted by rules, will exclude gateway/service charges and is at the College’s discretion.
- Failed Transactions: If your account is debited but the transaction fails, the amount is typically reversed by your bank as per their timelines. Keep your UTR/reference for bank follow-up.
- Chargebacks/Disputes: Chargebacks must align with College records; misuse may lead to suspension of portal access and/or administrative action.
- Receipts: Digital receipts/acknowledgements are generated based on successful gateway confirmation.
6. Certificates, Services & Timelines
Issuance of certificates or services (where applicable) depends on eligibility, verification, and successful fee payment (if any). Processing timelines may vary based on academic/administrative schedules.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents (text, logos, graphics, documents, downloads, and software) are owned by or licensed to SDGD College. You may make personal, non-commercial use of materials for educational purposes with proper attribution. Any other use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without authorization.
8. Third-Party Links & Gateways
The Site may link to university portals, government sites, payment gateways, or third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and uptime, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or that defects will be corrected. Official notices/circulars of the College/University/Authorities prevail in case of discrepancies.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SDGD College and its officers/staff from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws/third-party rights.
12. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site (in whole or part) at any time, with or without notice, for security reasons, misuse, legal compliance, or technical/operational requirements.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with the new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Rohtas (Bihar) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site.
